Hrithik Roshan has finally gotten his jelly feet to move again. The Bollywood hunk has started intensive work-out sessions on his legs with Satyajit Chourasia, the trainer who gave Aamir Khan his eight pack in Ghajini.
"Hrithik was advised against strenuous dance routines for over two years by doctors. There was a question mark whether he would ever dance the way he did earlier. He had to go through Myofascial release (a form of soft tissue therapy) to heal the knee injury he sustained on the sets of Jodhaa Akbar. Doctors had told him to completely give up exercising his lower body. The advice worked."
Hrithik has finally hit the gym and is doing weights on his lower body without any problem. "We'll again see him do all the crazy dance routines we know he is capable of. In Vishal Bhardwaj's next, he is supposed to do a complicated choreography. Some big stage shows are also coming his way."
When contacted, Satyajit confirmed: "It is true that Hrithik has hit the gym and is working on his legs to get stamina back in them. He does circuit training, which includes cycling and other forms of leg exercise routines, and he's coping well."
